The Clásico DE Mexico Watch party at The Football Boutique
On March 8, 2025, The Eagle Eye Podcast hosted a special watch party at The Football Boutique in Los Angeles for the biggest fixture in Mexican football — El Clásico de México: Club América vs Chivas. While the match may have ended in a scoreless draw, the energy, community, and passion inside the boutique made it a night to remember.
Fans started arriving around 5 PM, two hours before kickoff, creating a chill, family-friendly atmosphere full of América jerseys and smiling faces. With around 50 people in attendance, it was intimate but electric — the perfect blend for a memorable Clásico gathering.
Throughout the night, we hosted giveaways and offered food and drinks for sale, making sure the vibes stayed high even as the match on screen delivered little action. The highlight of the evening? A live podcast recording from The Eagle Eye team — giving attendees a behind-the-scenes look at how we break down the big moments (or in this case, the lack of them).
Most importantly, the event reminded us why we do this. The real win came in bringing people together — fans who didn’t know each other before the night were exchanging stories, laughing, chanting, and celebrating the shared love for Club América.
